I. Conspicuous flowers. Flowers with outer parts longer than 1/4 inch.
B. Open faced heads. Heads with ray flowers and disk flowers, or ray flowers, or disk flowers.
C. Pea flower. A flower with one large broad upper petal, two similarly shaped side petals, and two lower petals sometimes united. They resemble the garden pea.
D. Different flower. A flower that does not fit any of the previous descriptions.
